What this store sells

SlideForge sells digital presentation templates in Microsoft PowerPoint format (.pptx). Every product is a file. Nothing is manufactured, packaged or shipped, and no physical goods are offered at any point.

Accounts

You do not need an account to buy. An account is optional: with a confirmed email address it keeps your order history in one place, and purchases made with that address appear in it automatically. A confirmed account is required to use discount codes.

• Give accurate details and keep your password to yourself.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may disable an account that is used for fraud, abuse, or to redistribute purchased files.
• You can close your account at any time by contacting support.

Payment

Payment is processed by Gumroad, which acts as merchant of record for your purchase. When you press the buy button here, you are taken to Gumroad to complete the transaction under their terms.

This means we never see, handle or store your card number, expiry date or security code. The amount you are charged, the currency, and any tax applied are determined by Gumroad at checkout. Where a price shown here differs from the amount Gumroad charges, the Gumroad amount is the one that applies.

Delivery

Gumroad delivers the file to the email address you use at their checkout, normally immediately after payment clears. See the digital delivery page for the detail, including what to do if you used the wrong address.

What you may do with a template

Your rights are set out in the license, which is part of these terms. In short: use and edit the template for your own presentations and client work, but do not resell or redistribute the template file itself.

Refunds

Digital files cannot be returned in the ordinary sense, so refunds are handled case by case. The refund policy explains when we will ask Gumroad to refund a purchase, and how to request one.

Availability and changes

Templates may be updated, renamed, repriced, or withdrawn from sale. A template you have already bought remains yours under the license in force at the time of purchase; withdrawing it from the catalogue does not revoke your license.

We aim to keep the store available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled work, hosting problems and issues at Gumroad can all interrupt it.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access another customer’s account, orders or data.
• Do not probe, scrape or overload the site.
• Do not upload or submit content that is unlawful or infringes someone else’s rights.

Liability

The templates are provided as they are. We do not warrant that a particular template will suit a particular purpose, or that it will open identically in every version of every presentation application. Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The version published here at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
