Digital delivery

What arrives

A PowerPoint file in .pptx format, plus whatever else the product page lists under What’s included. There is no physical item, no packaging and no shipping of any kind.

How it arrives

1. You complete the payment at Gumroad.
2. Gumroad emails a receipt with access to your file, to the address you entered at their checkout.
3. Access is usually available immediately, and Gumroad keeps it available in your Gumroad library.
4. Gumroad then tells this site the sale is confirmed. If you have an account here with that email, or create one later, the order appears in your purchases.

Why the file comes from Gumroad, not from us

Gumroad is the merchant of record and hosts the purchasable files. Keeping delivery there means the file is served from a system built for it, and that this site never has to store paid content behind a URL that could be shared or guessed. We hold previews only.

If nothing has arrived

• Check the spam or promotions folder for a message from Gumroad.
• Sign in at Gumroad with the same email you used at checkout; past purchases are listed there.
• Confirm you did not mistype the address at checkout.
• Still nothing? Contact support with the order number and we will chase it.

If you used a different email at Gumroad

The file still reaches that address, and everything is fine on Gumroad’s side. What will not happen is the order appearing automatically in your account here, because we match sales to accounts by email. Send us both addresses and we will link it manually.

Time limits

There is no expiry on a purchased template. Keep a copy somewhere safe anyway; a file on your own machine is the most reliable backup there is.
