What exactly am I buying?

A digital PowerPoint file in .pptx format, plus whatever else the product page lists under What's included. You download it and it is yours to edit and present.

Is anything physical shipped?

No. This store sells digital products only. There is no packaging, no postage, no tracking number and no delivery address to enter.

What software do I need?

Microsoft PowerPoint 2016 or newer opens every template. Most also open cleanly in Google Slides and Keynote, though very complex effects can shift slightly on the way across. Each product page states its own compatibility, so check there before buying.

Can I see the template before I buy?

Yes. Every template has a full slide preview gallery. Open the fullscreen viewer and page through it. If the previews leave you unsure, ask us before you spend anything.

Can I buy without an account?

Yes. Click Buy, pay at Gumroad, and the file arrives at the email you enter there. An account is optional, and if you create one later with the same email, your past orders appear in it automatically.

Why create an account?

It is optional. A free account keeps every order in one place, lets you save favourites, and is needed to use discount codes. Purchases made with your confirmed email appear in it automatically, including ones made before you signed up.

Why must I confirm my email?

Because an unconfirmed address is just a string someone typed. Confirming it proves you can read that mailbox, which is how purchases made with that address get linked to your account.

The confirmation email has not arrived.

Check spam and promotions first. If it is genuinely missing, sign in and press the resend button on the confirmation screen. Resends are limited to a few per minute. If you mistyped the address, correct it in your profile and we will send a fresh link.

Can I change the email on my account?

Yes, from your profile. You will need your current password, and the new address has to be confirmed before the change takes effect. Until then the old address keeps working.

How do I receive my template?

Gumroad emails it to the address you use at their checkout, normally within moments of the payment clearing. It also stays available in your Gumroad library.

Where is my download?

Start with the Gumroad receipt in your inbox, then your Gumroad library. If neither has it, contact us with your order number and we will chase it.

I used a different email at Gumroad by mistake.

Your file still arrived at that address, so nothing is lost. What will not happen is the order showing up automatically in your account here, because we match sales by email. Send us both addresses and we will link it manually.

Who processes the payment?

Gumroad, acting as merchant of record. They handle the card details and issue the receipt. We never see or store payment information of any kind.

Can I edit the slides?

Yes, all of them. Text, colours, shapes, images, layouts. Nothing is locked or flattened.

Can I use a template for a client project?

Yes. The standard licence covers paid client work, and the finished deck belongs to you and your client.

Can I redistribute or resell a template?

No. That is the single restriction the licence turns on: the finished presentation is yours, but the template file is licensed to you and not yours to pass on.

Do I need to buy the fonts?

No. Templates use freely available fonts, and each product page names them. If a template needs anything unusual, it says so before you buy.

How do discount codes work?

Enter the code on the checkout page. If it applies to that template, it is passed through to Gumroad, which applies the discount and shows you the final price. Gumroad always decides the amount charged, so what you see there is what you pay.

My code says it is not eligible.

Codes are often limited to particular templates, categories, or a date range, and some are limited to one use per customer. The message on screen tells you which rule stopped it.

Can I get a refund?

Sometimes. Digital files cannot be handed back, so refunds are case by case: a corrupt file, a template materially different from its preview, or a duplicate charge will all be refunded. Buyer's remorse after downloading normally will not. Local consumer law always takes precedence.

How long does a refund take?

Gumroad processes it, so the money returns to your original payment method, typically within a few business days depending on your bank. The order status here updates automatically.
